Recently I’ve been researching prices on what to charge rent for the extra bedroom in my house, and I came across this gem.

Hi, I am looking for a lesb0 roommate with plenty of good looking (female) bisexual friends. Info: 2 Story, 2 bedrooms (I will be taking the Master), 1.5 bath, Dining Room, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Garage, Cable internet + TV. I am a very clean and hygienic person and I expect the same from you. Also, no smoking at all, unlesss you're going to do it outside. I do drink socially, however, I'm not a drunk and I don't want a drunkard roommate. Also, definitely no drugs whatsoever. I do have a pet and it is very well behaved. If you would like to bring a pet, we can discuss matter in further detail later on. However, definitely no pitbulls and or other aggressive pets. Note: If you cook, clean, and do the dishes, I might knock off a bit from the rent and/or munch on your vagine every now and then.
